Carriers
Add New Carriers here. Click the dropdown field and select Add New…
The following form will open:
At the top of the form is a drop-down selection. In the above screenshot, it is at the Add New.. selection. Use this drop-down menu to skip to a saved Carrier. The Carrier (abbr.) is the shorthand name of the Carrier. This will appear in the drop-down list. Carrier Name (long) is the longhand name of the Carrier. Carrier URL is the Carrier’s main web page. If the Carrier offers Online Tracking, check the selection and then enter the Online Tracking URL (the web page address where one can enter the tracking number and find out where the package is). To insert the order-specific tracking number in a carrier tracking URL, type "^TNum^" [without the quotes] anywhere in the URL that you would like the tracking number to be interposed.

Methods
Create different Shipping Methods that are available. Click Add New… from the drop-down menu in order to create a new Shipping Method.
The following form will appear:
Enter the desired Method Name and any desired Extended Info. Only the Method Name will appear in the drop-down menu.

Options
Choose a current Carrier in order to modify the shipping options:
Once a carrier is selected, a list of applicable Shipping Options will appear. Click Add New Option to add a New Shipping Option to that particular Carrier.
The following form will appear:
Product Shipping is based on Points. See the Product help page for more details. Select a range in the Point system that will determine what kind of Shipping needs are required. Make sure the correct Carrier is selected, and pick a Shipment Method. Cost refers to how much the Shipping Option will cost the company. Charge refers to how much the Customer will be charged for the Shipping Service. Enter the Cost and Charge amounts in number and decimal terms only. Check the Active Option box to enable the Option. Click Add New Option to save changes.
