View Reports on Sales to discern performance and create marketing strategies.
Sales Reports
View Sales Reports by Date Range, Product, or Customer. Select a type of Report to execute by clicking on an icon in the left-hand column.
A list of possible Reports will appear in the middle column. Click on a Report name to open it. Some Reports will open automatically, but some will ask for additional information in the third column.
Each Report has the Sales Report section name and title, along with the current date and time, displayed at the top.If there are no records to display, a note that says No records found will appear instead of a table with results.

Sales by Date Range
Below is the Sales by Date Range menu. When one of these Reports is clicked on, the Report will automatically open in a new window. The Customer Data Range, however, needs to have a date(s) and a choice of Reporting On, Before, After, or Between the date(s) selected in order to define the Report range. If any of the Reports are closed, it may be reopened by clicking Submit in the third column.

Sales by Product
The Sales by Product Reports will either open automatically when clicked on, or additional information must be entered into the third column first, as shown below:
If additional information is required, make a selection in the right column and then click Go. The Report will then appear in a new window.

Sales by Customer
The first two Sales by Customer Reports can be set up by ranges of Top 10, Top 100, Top 1000, or simply All. Selected one of these, click Go, and the Report will appear in a new window. The Customer List (CSV) selection is an Excel file with a list of all customers. A security warning will appear. Click Open or Save to open the file, or select Cancel. The file will not open if Cancel is selected.
