Add/Edit Product Discounts:
This section is for normal Discounts. In order to create Discounts that take effect if a Customer buys a certain number of that Product, use the Add/Edit Tiered Discounts section.
The main menu of Add/Edit Product Discounts looks like this:

On the left there are price tag icons that show which sales are active. The icons with the red diagonal line on them are inactive Discounts. The Price Name is the assigned title of the Discount. Category/Product indicates to which Category or Product a Discount os applied.
To add a new Discount, click Add New Discount, located below the menu. The form looks like this:

The first field assigns a name to the Discount. Next, assign the Discount to a Product, Category, or All Products. If Product or Category is selected, use Lookup to select the particular one desired. Now select Calculated Price or Fixed Price. Calculated Price allows the discount to affect the Retail, Cost to Retailer, or Base Price. The Fixed Price sets the discount to the amount entered into the field. In the third field selection of Calculated Price use numbers and decimals only.
Select the time frame in which to have the sale. The top part assigns a date by Month, Day, and Year respectively. The lower part assigns a time in Hour, Minute, and Second respectively. The Hour field uses Military Time. The last part works as a Sequencer, which gives the Discount a certain priority rating. Note that lower numbers have higher priority.
Product Discount Mapping:
Use the hierarchical tree display in the left column to view current Product Discounts and the Users that have access to these discounts. In order to add another Customer or Group to a Discount, use the Search field at the top right. Select Customers or Groups to search in, and then enter the Username, First Name, or Last Name in the field below. Click Search to get results.

Click and drag the desired Group/Customer to the desired Discount.
