The Email Marketing tool may be accessed in the following sections:

Client Management

• Email

Advanced Pricing

• In the Product and Tiered Discount Mapping sections.
  Right-click the desired client or group, and the select Email.

Sales Reports

• In the Sales by Customer section, select the top
  customers by quantity or dollar amount. Then choose to
  email these customers in the report generated.
  Email individual customers by clicking the client's username.

There are two main email editors available: HTML and Plain Text.
The HTML emails can be created with the Rich or Raw Editor.
