To assign a product to a category, and thus allowing it to appear on the site, go to Product Category Map in Product Management.

• Click on Lookup. A popup window will appear with a list of categories.
• Select the category to which you will add products. Click Select Category.
• The search tools will appear on the right. Search for products by their SKU, Product Name, or Product Description. To search all products, simply leave
  the search field blank and click the search button.
• The search results will appear at the bottom of the screen.
• Select the products to add to the list, and click Add Selected Products.
• To remove products that are already on the list, simply
  click the trashcan icon next to each unwanted product.

The product will now appear on the site if the category is active.
